TREES FOR LIFE CHARITY EXHIBITION
Laara WilliamSen Original acrylic ART TREES FOR LIFE 6 x9 inches on 300 lb watercolor paper SOLD
The “Trees for Life” art work was created from my memories of where I live in the Lower Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. I used acrylic paints, gold pen, my fingers and a brush. This painting of a tree in the sunlight is intended to represent the beauty and the necessity of old growth trees. I am truly thrilled that this painting has sold and will be part of supporting the Trees for Life Charity Exhibition.
Through Twitter and other social media tools, artists from around the world are coming together to create beautiful artworks inspired by their own natural environment. Each signed, original artwork is selling for only £45 which is about $75.00 Canadian. All of the proceeds of the sales go to the Scottish charity Trees for Life and the goal is to raise £10 000!
